The project was a challenge of illustrating the possibilities of a new material they just invented. So everything started from the material. SaphirKeramik is an incredible patent, it's part sapphire which make the materials much stronger and sharper which gives more definition in the curve. Everything is more clear.

I like the idea that maybe the first glance of the front view of the chair looks like the iconic, typical armchair. I didn't want to change the shape if there was no sense for the comfort - the shape we already know, with new materials just because there is something missing in the catalogue of my clients.
